It’s important to me that everything you find for sale will be as fresh as possible, using local ingredients, and always in-season...meaning you won’t find Blueberry-Lemon Scones when fresh blueberries are gone in late August, or loaves of Zucchini Bread in January!

With an estimated temperature of 96 degrees, that’s too hot to be baking and to keep Mae (1950 oven!) working all day to prepare for Saturday sales.
