A heartfelt thanks to friends and neighbors – it’s been terrific to have you stop by all season!
See you in the spring of 2025!
I believe in Simple Homemade Goodness. Cottage Foods made right here, in our 1864 farmhouse kitchen and baked in a vintage 1950 Hotpoint double oven I named Mae. It’s important to me that everything you find for sale will be as fresh as possible, using local ingredients, and always in-season...meaning you won’t find Blueberry-Lemon Scones when fresh blueberries are gone in late August, or loaves of Zucchini Bread in January!
A heartfelt thanks to friends and neighbors – it’s been terrific to have you stop by all season!
See you in the spring of 2025!
Today we have cinnamon twist bread and honey molasses brown bread, along with peanut butter blossom cookies, oatmeal-chocolate chip cookies, and a new favorite: raisin-filled cookies - taken from a 1941 cookbook! You’ll also find bags of homemade bread oven-dried and cut into cubes for your favorite Thanksgiving stuffing recipe.
See you at halftime!

And if you’re in the mood for more chocolate, I delivered chocolate chip cookie pies - along with cherry, blueberry, and peach to Miller’s Farm market this morning - still warm. ๐
Pumpkin Bars, Pumpkin Cookies, Pumpkin Blondies here at the milkhouse, and if you’re in the mood for pie, you’ll find ours at Millers Farm Market!

Chocolate Babka Twist |
I'm a one-woman show, so I only bake a couple loaves of each type of bread...you can be sure they're baked fresh the day before you find them for sale.
I'll update this site as I sell out of each bread, that way you can know before you make any plans to visit.
Hope to see you tomorrow!
The milk house will be closed this weekend - it’s college move-in time!
- opening again August 24, 1:00-4:00!
